Join us for our Weekly Our Village Playgroups! Each Friday we hold our weekly playgroup after Stroller Barre from 11:00-12:00. Enjoy fun, educational and playful activities with your child and build relationships with a community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter. Playgroups provide an opportunity to connect with other moms and your children. Playgroups are free to all who want to attend. The connections made during playgroup are powerful and help us find our strength in motherhood. Please be a part of Our Village! Please follow our FBook: Our Village FIT4MOM Lynden/BHam for Moms' Night Out and other family events. Our FBook group is also another great way to stay connected.

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Come join us for this fun FREE weekly meet up. You do not have to be a member of FIT4MOM Lynden/BHam to participate! We will be warming up together and then headed out on an all paces timed power walk/jog/run. We will then meet back together for a play with our littles and social time. Please feel free to bring friends, partners, spouses and other family members to this group. We do ask that participants sign a waiver for liability purposes. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms through two styles of class: Run Clinics which are designed to correct running form and increase speed and agility, and Run Days designed to increase endurance.
